Profession LogoFINANCIAL PLANNER

Pam Guggenheim has spent close to four decades helping clients address their financial concerns and develop thoughtful investment strategies. She takes the time to understand each person’s goals and priorities, offering planning guidance shaped by years of experience through shifting markets. Pam is committed to delivering investment planning that aligns with her clients’ needs, and she has attained the Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC®) designation to help further support individuals and families facing unique financial circumstances. ChSNC® designees are equipped with the specialized skills needed to help parents and caregivers plan for the future with honesty, ethics, and compassion, navigating considerations such as estate planning, special needs trusts, life insurance, tax deductions, healthcare issues, and the emotional aspects of providing for a loved one with a disability.

Pam holds a Bachelor of Science in Spanish from The Ohio State University. She began her career in 1986 with Smith Barney in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she developed her foundational investment knowledge. She joined &Partners in May 2025 and is drawn to its advisor-focused environment and emphasis on long-term client relationships. Pam holds Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations, along with insurance licenses for variable, health, and life policies. She has also served as Vice President on the Delaware County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Pam has deep experience in special needs planning, advising families navigating government benefits, special needs trusts, long-term care considerations, and the financial structures that support lifelong stability. She is also a member of The Academy of Special Needs Planners.

Pam was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and her advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities is inspired by her experience as a parent. Her son Bryan developed special needs as a result of a premature birth, and they enjoy spending time together taking car rides and going to Bob Evans for breakfast or dinner. This work is personal as well as professional, and that lived experience deepens the understanding and perspective Pam brings to families preparing for the years ahead. She firmly believes that understanding and empathy are as important as the professional skill required for this work. Her passion for advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities is deeply personal and central to her community involvement. She volunteers and supports The Miracle League of Central Ohio and Team Heart and Sole, organizations that promote inclusive opportunities in sports and endurance events. In her free time, Pam enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys time at home with her French Bulldog, Lulu.

Firm Description

Financial advice should feel stable and authentic. We didn’t set out to build the biggest practice or chase the newest trend. We focused on creating a place where people feel heard—where the advice is thoughtful, the conversations are clear, and the relationship grows over time.

That approach shaped everything.

It’s why families stay with us for years. It’s why people trust us with the decisions that matter most. We still believe in doing things the right way—listening carefully, planning with care, and being the kind of team you can trust through every stage of life.
